Dutse, July 5, 2025 Jigawa state environmental protection Agency (JISEPA), has seized unwholesome commodities worth N14,447,650.00, in the course of statewide inspection between January to June 2025. The Managing Director of the Agency, Mr Adamu Sabo, made this known in an interview with the newsmen in Dutse on Saturday. He said that the confiscated items were mostly consumables found to be expired, improperly stored or contaminated and posed danger to the environment and public health. Dutse, June 26, 2025 Centre for Information Technology and Development (CITAD), has conducted a one-day mobilisation meeting,  to sensitize stakeholders on its new youths empowerment initiative in Jigawa. Dutse, June 26, 2025 Jigawa state Governor Umar Namadi, has taken a step to share his administration’s palliative shop initiative with the Sokoto state government, in aim to reduce hardship for the populace. Dutse, June 24, 2025 Jigawa state executive Council has approved the sum of N292,637,128.50K, for the construction of 19 Solar Powered Water Supply Scheme across the State.
