Dutse, Sept.17, 2025  Jigawa Government has established a committee to come up with a strategic framework for the deployment of clean cooking stoves and solar dryers in the state. Mr Sagir Musa, the state Commissioner for Information made this known to newsmen on Wednesday in Dutse while speaking on the outcome of the State Executive Council meeting. Dutse, Sept. 15, 2025 Jigawa State Government has signed a partnership agreement with Indian agro-tech company, CornTech Seeds Private Limited, to enhance agricultural productivity through hybrid seed technology. Dutse, Sept.11, 2025 Jigawa state Executive Council has approved the sum of N121,950,000 only for three months extension of the Free Maternal, Newborn and Child Health (MNCH) Services at 271 primary health centres across the state. Dutse, Sept. 9, 2025 The UK Government has announced a £19M funding to develop Climate Resilient health and education facilities in Nigeria on Wednesday. A press statement signed by Atinuke Akande-Alegbe, Senior Communications and Public Diplomacy Officer, disclosed that the announcement was made at a joint inauguration of the model by the UK Government, UNICEF, Federal Ministry of Health and the Governments of Kano and Jigawa States.
