The District Head of Kafin Hausa, Dan Amar of Hadejia, Alhaji Aliyu Usman, has commended Governor Umar Namadi of Jigawa state, for his commitment to executing series of capital projects across the state in the past two years.
The Monach made commendation on Saturday at a book launch on the biography of the Kafin Hausa Monarch which held in Kafin Hausa town in Jigawa state.
He said that the governor’s efforts and commitment to rapid development projects, to boost the welfare of the people or the state, is commendable.
Namadi he said, is a visionary and patriotic leader, who wishes to impact on his people in every aspect.
Speaking at the event, Governor Umar Namadi, expressed more commitment to develop all sectors, to ensure the welfare of the citizens.
He commended the author of the book, for writing detailed history of the Kafin Hausa leader, which he said will be beneficial to the future generation.
Namadi further pledged to give directive, to the state ministry for education, to purchase copies of the book, for the use of students in public schools.
During the event, Governor Umar Namadi purchased seven copies of the book, on behalf of his family at sum of N1million, while the state ministry for local Governments purchased the book at the sum of N2 million.
Also, the Senator Representing jigawa North East, Senator Abdulhamid Mallam madori, purchased the sum of N1 million, while Hadejia local Government bought a book at N200,000 each.
The Chairman of kafin Hausa local Government, Mr Abdullahi Nalayi, has also bought the copy of the book at the sum of N500,000.
It was gathered that over N7 million was realized during launching of book, which is a biography of the District Head of kafin Hausa, Dan Amar of Hadejia, Alhaji Aliyu Usman Ginsau.
